Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship as follows:

• Immediately upon material breach by the other party
• Upon mutual written agreement

Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• First, through good-faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, through mediation in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province
• If mediation fails, through binding arbitration or litigation in the courts of Shanxi Province, China

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shanxi Province, China.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements and statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yongji Fujia Technology Co., Ltd. regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
